· Incorrect Shipment: If we’ve made a mistake and you received the wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

· Correct Shipment: If the item you received is what you ordered, but you still want to return it, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.

· Notify Us: Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue. Returns for products received over 30 days ago cannot be accepted.

Order Cancellation

· If your order has already shipped: You’ll receive a refund for the original amount paid, minus a $8 restocking fee (unless the shipment was incorrect).

· If your order has been produced but not yet shipped: You’ll receive a refund for the original amount paid, minus a $8 restocking fee.

· Final Sale Period: All sales are final 30 days after the order is received.

· Return Processing Time: We aim to process returns within 3 business days of receiving them at our warehouse. Please note, during busy periods (especially holidays), processing may be delayed, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued within 3 business days. It may take 1-3 additional business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Quality Inspection
The Ayzocq team inspects all toys before shipment. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible with photographic evidence.
